|Recommended: YesKindness And Respect — The people here at Autumn Park are wonderful They have treated us with nothing but kindness and respect and as a transgender woman that's huge The maintenance staff work hard every day of the year no matter the weather and are always willing to help. The people who work in the office are very clear, consice, understandable and willing to work with people based on there needs and of course are some of the sweetest people you will ever meet.

|Recommended: YesRecent Move In — Overall I was happy with move in. Neighbors are quiet. I hear the stairs more than them. The grounds are kept up considering the complex size.

|Recommended: YesFirst Time In Apartment In 6 Years — Been a very good place It’s really quiet, I hardly ever hear anyone. I never have issues finding a spot to park. The neighbors are all pretty nice. It’s a good area of town to take your dog on a walk too

|Recommended: YesEasy Move-In Process And Fast Maintenance — I have had the best experience so far Every time I've had a question, I have been given a straightforward answer. Every time I have a maintenance emergency, maintenance is here in less than 10 minutes. Even regular maintenance issues are resolved quickly. It's only been a couple a weeks but so far, it's been an amazing start. Thank you
